NuCulinary
brings the expertise of Seattle’s prestigious
restaurants, caterers and private chefs to the five
Seattle Neighborhood Farmers Markets. From May through
November, local growers bring their crops and products
to sell directly to the public.
From June through October, NuCulinary
coordinates and participates in bringing cooking demonstrations
and recipes to market shoppers. How to use what is
fresh and seasonal is our focus, and flavor is our
reward. Keep an eye out as we share celebrity chef’s
recipes and the “What’s Cookin’”
